Services & booking

Bookings, payments, and scheduling are handled through our booking partner (Gingr). Program prices, requirements, and policies are described on each program page and may be updated from time to time.

Health & safety

The health and safety of every dog is our priority. All vaccinations must be up to date, and proof of a current vaccination record is required. Dogs over one year of age must be spayed or neutered to attend structured daycare.

Cancellations

Cancellation and rescheduling policies vary by program (for example, a 48-hour cancellation policy applies to daycare). Please review the details on the relevant program page or contact us with any questions.
